AIA Newark & Suburban is in the early stages of developing a new initiative to support mid-career architects through peer connections, mentoring, and professional development.

Join us for a one-hour Zoom roundtable to share the challenges you’re facing, the support you need, and your ideas for what this initiative should offer. Your feedback will help determine what we build.

You’re busy. Leading projects, managing teams, developing clients, building your career and maybe building a family and a life outside of architecture, also.

At some point, you start asking:

What’s next?

Leadership • Business Development • Firm Finances • Project & People Management • Contract Negotiations • Practice Ownership • Career Planning

But before we build the program, we need to hear from you.

Who should join the conversation?

Architects roughly 10+ years into practice who are looking to grow AND architects who have experience they'd like to share with others.

Members from all areas of the profession are welcome, including large firms, small practices, independent work, public service, and related fields.

Whether you're looking for a mentor, interested in being a mentor, or simply want to help shape what AIA can offer architects in this stage of their careers, we want you at the table.

Come tell us what you need, what you've learned, and what would make a difference in your career.

Help us design what comes next.

Design your career. Blaze your own path. Build what’s next.

As Radio Shack used to say, You've got questions, we've got answers." Same applies here, so feel free to ask us anything! [email protected]
