Earlier this year, AIA Newark and Suburban Architects launched its first ever Mastermind Groups as a way to foster engagement and connection among its members.

These groups allowed those who joined to:

Meet new people within AIANS

Develop deeper peer relationships

Leverage the AIANS network for professional goals.

We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the members of three groups, and we’re re-opening enrollment for the program!
