About Kelli

Kelli Glasgow grounds her design process in deep listening, translating user insights into adaptive, human-centered environments that break new ground in performance and asset value. As a Principal at DIG Architecture, she pairs technical rigor with a collaborative leadership style focused on spatial adaptability, well-being and community resilience.

Kelli’s commitment to architecture as a civic responsibility was shaped early in her career while studying at NJIT during the events of 9/11. Witnessing the profession step forward to lead recovery and rebuilding efforts solidified her belief that architecture has the power to heal, adapt and unite communities in moments of disruption. Since joining DIG, she has led complex, high-impact projects from concept through construction, growing her expertise across commercial, civic and educational sectors. Her award-winning PreK-12 and higher education portfolio prioritizes inclusive, future-ready learning environments built for durability, adaptability and long-term community impact.

Driven by a civic-minded approach, Kelli transforms bold ideas into high-performing spaces, believing architectural beauty and functionality go hand in hand. As DIG’s Director of Employee Engagement, she fosters a culture of collaboration, mentorship and growth through internal ARE study groups and leadership roles with the ACE Mentor Program, Professional Women in Construction and AIA-NJ’s EPiC initiative, while also serving as President of AIA Newark & Suburban Architects. Her work ensures every project – and every person behind it – is intentional, adaptable and built to evolve with the communities they serve.

DIG Architecture is an award-winning, majority Black-owned architecture, interior design, and environmental graphics firm driven by one instinct: to go deeper. Founded in 2006, the firm has grown into one of the region's largest minority-owned design practices, with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

DIG serves public- and private-sector clients across the transportation, education, healthcare, civic, and senior living sectors. Our work spans new construction, renovation, preservation, adaptive reuse, and strategic planning, ranging from community-based facilities to large-scale institutional and infrastructure developments.

Curious by nature and intentional by design, DIG believes the best ideas rarely sit on the surface. Every project is approached through the lens of how people work, learn, heal, gather, and live —ensuring design solutions are grounded in both purpose and impact.

Guided by the belief that groundbreaking is more than the moment construction begins—it is where vision becomes reality—DIG approaches every project as an opportunity to uncover opportunity, challenge convention, and expand what’s possible through design.
