About David

Mr. Cole is Colliers Engineering & Design’s Business Development Events Manager. He is responsible for new client development in the industries we serve and fosters existing client relationships to implement and ensure growth opportunities. As a part of the corporate events team, Mr. Cole represents the firm at industry events and conferences. Prior to this role, Mr. Cole worked in construction observation and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), providing mapping services focused on transportation asset inventory and condition assessment.

Projects

Lightbridge Academy Wayne, NJ.This two-story childcare center is 11,600 square feet that provides classrooms on the first floor for younger children on the ground floor and older children on the upper floor.  The center is licensed for 167 children.

100 Marshall, Hoboken NJ Playground.This 9,300 square foot childcare center is on the main floor of this multi-story apartment building.  The center occupies space that was intended for restaurants, which never came to fruition.  The existing outdoor common area was converted into a playground and was able to accommodate climbing equipment as well as open space.  The total licensing capacity is 138.
