ELA + Synergy

Ryan recently joined the ELA+Synergy team as a lighting specification rep, bringing his deep industry knowledge and a collaborative mindset to support the architectural community across Northern New Jersey.  With over a decade of hands-on experience in lighting, Ryan is passionate about helping designers bring their visions to life—efficiently, beautifully, and on spec.

He began his career in 2012 as a project auditor and manager, quickly immersing himself in the technical and logistical aspects of lighting retrofits.  From there, he took on regional sales roles for lighting manufacturers, traveling extensively throughout the East Coast and developing a sharp eye for both design intent and real-world execution.

Over the years, Ryan has worked across a wide range of applications—from complex medical and cleanroom environments to durable vandal-resistant fixtures, to high-performance architectural and everyday commoditized lighting.  His background gives him a unique ability to navigate between creative inspiration and technical detail, making him a go-to resource from concept through construction.

Now at ELA+Synergy, Ryan is excited to partner with architects, designers, and engineers to deliver lighting solutions that perform as beautifully as they look.

History

Electric Lighting Agencies, Inc. was founded in 1955 under the original name Electric Agencies and has since grown to become the oldest and most successful lighting manufacturer’s representative in the New York Metropolitan area.

ELA currently employs approximately 45 team members and operates from two locations: New York City and Jericho, Long Island. Each office is fully staffed to assist the lighting and controls community with both creative and technical solutions tailored to specific project needs.

With a longstanding tradition of excellence and professional representation, Electric Lighting Agencies continues to grow by offering products known for quality and integrity.
