OMC is a structural engineering consulting firm providing services across a broad range of building types, including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and specialized facilities. The firm works with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from early-stage concept and feasibility input through to detailed design, documentation, construction administration, and site inspection.
Core services include structural design for new construction and renovation projects, façade inspections (including brick, glass, stone, and cladding systems), retaining wall design, forensic engineering investigations, steel and rebar detailing, steel connection design, peer reviews, and value engineering. OMC also provides BIM coordination services using 3D modeling tools to support design development and improve coordination between disciplines, as well as MEPF coordination services.
The firm is involved in a wide range of project scales, from small residential structures to multi-story commercial and industrial developments, including high-rise buildings. Additional areas of work include building inspections for existing structures, fire-related assessments, and documentation support for construction and compliance.
